挠性万向节工作原理
挠性万向节主要由橡胶弹性元件(橡胶盘、橡胶块、橡胶环、橡胶金属套筒等)、衬套、螺栓和为了保证高速时的动平衡设置的定心装置等组成。其工作原理是当转矩作用在输入轴上时,转矩经输入轴、万向节叉上的三个凸缘和连接螺栓后,再传至橡胶块,转矩经过橡胶块又作用在输出轴上的万向节义凸缘。因橡胶块有弹性,允许两轴之间有一定的夹角。

Its working principle is that when the torque acts on the input shaft, it passes through the three flanges on the input shaft, the universal joint fork and the connecting bolts, then transfers to the rubber block, and the torque acts on the universal joint flange on the output shaft after the rubber block. Because of the elasticity of the rubber block, a certain angle between the two axes is allowed.
