1、万向节或中间支承轴承发热
1. Heating of universal joint or middle bearing bearing.
故障现象:汽车行驶一段里程后,发现中间支承轴承处滑脂液化从油封滴出,由手触及零件发烫。
Fault phenomenon: After a certain mileage, it is found that the grease in the middle bearing drips out of the oil seal and the parts are scalded by hand.
故障原因:
Cause of failure:
a、万向节轴承或中间支承轴承缺油,排除方法:加注润滑脂;
A, gimbal bearing or middle bearing lack oil, remove method: add grease.
b、中间支承支架安装不正,排除方法:校正支架使轴承与传动轴垂直;
The installation of B and intermediate support bracket is not correct.
c、油封过紧,排除方法:应低速磨合并在刃口处加油;
C, oil seal too tight, elimination: should be running at low speed and at the edge of the oil;
d、行驶中频繁使用驻车制动器,排除方法:行驶中不用或少用驻车制动器。
D, frequently use the parking brake in the running. Exclude method: do not use or use parking brake in driving.
传动轴的十字轴承润滑不良,将会导致轴承卡滞、烧死,继而出现走外圆,使承孔磨损变形,产生冲击,导致突缘叉扭曲和断裂。因此保持对十字轴承的润滑保养至关重要,特别是超载使用车辆的润滑周期应该缩短至200公里左右。

2、传动轴摆动或行驶时车辆振动

故障现象:车辆行驶时,明显感到传动系周期性的强烈振动传到车身上,而且加速与滑行有明显不同,当车辆停驶,发动机在各种转速下运转此振动均消失。
Fault phenomenon: When the vehicle is running, it is obvious that the periodic strong vibration of the transmission system is transmitted to the body, and the acceleration is obviously different from the taxi. When the vehicle stops, the engine runs at various speeds, the vibration disappears.
故障原因:
Cause of failure:
a、万向节叉的装配方向不一致,排除方法:重新组合;

b、传动轴扭曲或弯曲,排除方法:修理或更换;

c、部件松动或动不平衡量大,排除方法:修理、做动平衡或更换。

3、传动轴异响
3. Abnormal noise of transmission shaft
故障现象:当汽车行驶时,明显听到传动轴发出不正常响声,在换档时尤其明显。而车速稳定时此声响减小或消失。
Fault phenomenon: When the car is running, it is obvious to hear the abnormal sound of the transmission shaft, especially when shifting gears. When the speed is stable, the sound will decrease or disappear.
故障原因:
Cause of failure:
a、伸缩花键过度磨损,排除方法:应予更换;
A, expansion spline excessive wear, removal methods: should be replaced;
b、万向节轴承磨损、咬住、损坏,排除方法:更换十字轴或轴承;
B, universal joint bearing wear, bite, damage, remove: replace the cross shaft or bearing;
c、中间支承轴承磨损或烧坏,排除方法:更换合件;
C, middle bearing bearing wear or burn out, remove method: replace fitting;
d、紧固件松脱,排除方法:重新紧固。
D, fastener loose, remove: re fasten.
